The Full Story

One afternoon, in my chilhood, I was playing outside with my cousins when I suddenly stopped and looked around. The sun was falling through the trees, the air felt warm, and for a moment it was like time stood still. It was such a simple moment, but it felt beautiful in a way I didn’t know how to explain back then. That day stayed with me because it was the first time I felt that kind of peace, and ever since, I’ve been chasing little glimpses of it. That’s why I chose the name Summer Daydreams. It reminds me of that feeling, like being caught in a daydream where everything feels light and alive.

I started this blog because I’ve struggled with my sense of self since childhood. For a long time I felt disconnected from myself and from life, almost like everything was happening in pieces that didn’t fit together. Being in therapy has helped me understand that better, and slowly I’ve been learning to collect those pieces. Writing here is a part of that. This blog is a way for me to reconnect with life, to gather what feels scattered, and to find some sense of belonging in my own story. It is something I am doing for myself, but it also feels right to share it here.

I want to write about the things that make me who I am. The hobbies I’ve tried, the things I’ve watched, the small experiences that left an impression, and the random thoughts that have stayed with me. It will be a mix of reflections, experiments, and little fragments of everyday life. More than anything, it is like a journal, a record of moments and thoughts I don’t want to lose.

Along with this blog, I’ll also be sharing parts of the journey on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube like behind the scenes, small updates, and posts that go hand in hand with what I write here. Thank you for stopping by. I hope you find something here that feels familiar or makes you pause for a moment, the way I once did.
